*Always use an eye makeup remover that is specifically designed for the eye area. The skin around your eye is thin and fragile, and especially prone to irritation.
* Use disposable make-up remover cloths for removing
eye shadow and mascara. Baby wipes serve the same purpose.
* Apply carmex on your lips before putting on lipgloss or
lipstick, it helps it stay on longer, keep it moisturized,
and sometimes makes your lips "juicier" looking.
* Avoid over-washing your hair. If you can stand it, try not
to wash your hair with shampoo every single day. For days
that you do not wash your hair, apply a fragrant mist
designed especially to refresh tresses.
* A small amount of baking soda added up to the facial wash
act as a refreshing light facial scrub. Tis revoves the dead
cells and keep the skin gentle and soft. Apply the tips
during the morning to add up a charming glow to your
appearance for throughout the day.
* By reducing your stress, you’ll rest and sleep more
effectively. For cool compresses to reduce the puffiness
underneath your eyes, you can use tea bags, potato slices or
the old standby, cucumber slices.
*Women who wear make-up should carry out a routine of
cleansing, toning and moisturing each evening, as well as
washing the face in the morning. Cleansing will remove old
make-up and the grime and grease that have been accumulated
during the day.
* Drink at least eight glasses of water a day to improve
skin tone and prevent dehydration.
* Keep skin looking young and fresh by splashing your
face with ice-cold water. This rejuvenates the skin and
delays the onset of wrinkles. (Don’t try this if you are
prone to broken capillaries.)
* Define your brows with a pencil or shadow that matches your
hair color.
